We are seeking an experienced and dynamic KYC Quality Assurance Data and Technology Analytics Solutions Associate I to support our efforts in ensuring compliance, data reporting accuracy, and efficiency within our Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.
As a KYC Quality Assurance Data and Technology Business Analyst, Associate I within our KYC operations team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our KYC operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
Job Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize data analysis, reporting, validation, and quality assurance workflows using industry-standard tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, Alteryx) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with internal data governance frameworks.
Nurture creativity and innovation within the KYC Quality Assurance function, identifying opportunities for automation, digitization, and the integration of cutting-edge technologies.
Conduct regular meetings to track progress on projects and strategic initiatives, resolve issues, and facilitate effective communication and adoption between cross-functional teams.
Manage an active ad hoc request backlog while integrating automated processes, as applicable.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, controls, and technologies to ensure consistency and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management, contributing to the overall business strategy and decision-making process.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Minimum of 3 years of work experience using Alteryx and SQL. Strong proficiency in creating, querying, and managing complex, connected datasets; manipulating and segmenting data; and generating advanced formulas and calculations.
Experience with reporting and data analysis, including the ability to interpret complex data and clearly present key findings.
Skilled at merging different data sources and creating useful insights, with a focus on reducing manual work by using automation tools.
Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for identifying and implementing technological advancements to improve operational efficiency.
Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, analyze and problem solve while managing multiple initiatives, meet deadlines and influence stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Alteryx ‘Designer Advanced’ Certification
Proficiency in Python and data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
In-depth knowledge of KYC regulations, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures, and industry best practices.
