Job Summary
Job Summary:
As a Fund Servicing Vice President within the Asset Services team, you will be responsible for managing the workflow through the life cycle of Corporate Action & Income products. You oversee operational management, control daily processes, and ensure effective resource planning and team structure. You drive compliance, risk management, and strategic development within Asset Services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage workflow through Corporate Action & Income product life cycles
- Process and validate Income & Mandatory Corporate actions
- Investigate and resolve income exceptions per schedule
- Control daily workflow within Asset Services team
- Maximize team capacity through resource planning
- Ensure completion and sign-off of daily controls and metrics
- Escalate issues to Operational and Risk leads promptly
- Enforce adherence to global escalation and RED policies
- Provide direction and leadership to team members
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures regularly
- Maintain and test Business Continuity and Concentration plans
Leadership
Represent Global Asset Servicing with internal and external clients, promoting the strategy, products and capabilities of the department. Participate in Investment Initiative prioritization meetings. Support operational partners in Asset Servicing with strategic initiatives across the department.
Contribute to the strategic development of the asset servicing product. Identify key areas of opportunity, creating robust business cases and ensuring appropriate levels of analysis are undertaken. Implement the project structure and governance required to deliver on the agreed strategy.

- Exhibit operational expertise in reconciliation and settlements
- Apply asset servicing, risk, control, and custody experience
- Lead and motivate managers with effective people management
- Adapt quickly to new markets, products, and processes
- Prioritize workloads and meet critical deadlines with risk awareness
- Own and deliver operational and project outcomes consistently
