As a Sales Reporting Business Manager in Chase Media Solutions, you translate data into clear narratives that inform strategy and day‑to‑day execution. You build and scale robust reporting that leaders trust, while partnering across Finance, Sales, Product, and Marketing to align on metrics and drive improvement. You focus on revenue, pipeline, market opportunity, and sales productivity, delivering dashboards and analyses that accelerate outcomes.
Job Responsibilities- Deliver recurring and ad‑hoc analysis across revenue, pipeline, pricing, profitability, forecasting, and conversion.
- Build, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards for revenue and pipeline trends, campaign performance, market insights, and sales productivity.
- Translate data into executive‑ready stories, recommendations, and decision materials.
- Align metrics and definitions with Finance, Sales, Product, and Marketing; lead cross‑functional reporting initiatives.
- Establish reporting standards, logic, and refresh cadences to ensure accuracy and repeatability.
- Monitor and remediate data‑quality issues; partner with stakeholders to improve sources and definitions.
- Increase dashboard usability, performance, and adoption through training, feedback loops, and ongoing enhancements.
- Present insights to senior leaders and recommend actions to improve performance against targets.
- Conduct market sizing and segmentation analyses to identify whitespace and benchmark competitors.
- Track performance versus forecasts; surface risks and opportunities with clear, data‑driven plans.
- Maintain documentation and uphold data governance and control expectations.
- 6+ years using Tableau and Microsoft Excel to support sales, marketing, or revenue reporting.
- Expertise in revenue and pipeline analysis, forecasting, pricing, and productivity measurement.
- Proven ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and executive narratives.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Demonstrated success partnering with Finance, Sales, Product, and Marketing.
- Experience designing dashboards and scalable reporting processes.
- Hands‑on approach to data quality, metric definitions, and documentation.
- High attention to detail; strong organization and prioritization in a fast‑paced environment.
- Collaborative, proactive, and accountable mindset.
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and data structures.
- Familiarity with sales‑territory and quota processes.
- Background in market sizing, competitive analysis, and business‑case development.
- Experience driving analytics adoption through training and change management.
- Working knowledge of SQL or similar query languages.
- Experience measuring go‑to‑market and campaign effectiveness.
- Exposure to executive‑level reporting cadences and operating rhythms.
