As a Analytics Solutions Associate in the Data, Analytics and Transformation team within the International Consumer Bank, you will play a key role in developing solutions that put data-driven insights at the center of decision-making. Job responsibilities
- Partner with Finance & Business Management stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements and BI solutions
- Act as a product manager for BI solutions, gathering requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using Google Looker and other BI platforms
- Utilize SQL to query and analyze data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with data engineers, modelers, and analysts to develop data models supporting financial reporting and resource analytics
- Present financial data in clear, visually appealing formats to aid storytelling and communication
- Work closely with end users to ideate, iterate, and refine reporting solutions based on feedback
- Ensure adherence to BI solutions governance processes and best practices
- Drive resource optimization and planning through data modeling
- Support business-critical control responsibilities within the Finance function
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience using business intelligence platforms (Google Looker experience is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, data analytics, computer science, or related fields
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles
- Hands-on experience with BI tools and analytics platforms
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling
- Experience working on digital transformation projects in Finance, FinTech, or Business Management domains
- Ability to assess and understand business needs and translate them into effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional agile teams and independently
- Attention to detail, adaptability, and eagerness to learn
- Passion for innovation and problem-solving
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Google Looker experience is a plus.
- Experience in product management or working closely with business stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions
- Expertise in data analytics and visualization, with a strong understanding of UX/UI and design best practices
- Commercial acumen and understanding of resource planning, headcount analytics, and location strategy
- Experience with vendor management analytics and travel & expense reporting
- Experience in financial sector or FinTech environments
- Enthusiasm for building new solutions from the ground up.
