As a Business Transformation Professional within our EMEA Business Transformation team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment. You will integrate AI and automation throughout project lifecycles, ensuring seamless transitions and delivering impactful change. You will build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and drive continuous improvement across Asset Management.
Job Responsibilities :
- Partner with business lines to identify, develop, and implement scalable strategies and operating models.
- Take accountability for delivering initiatives on time and ensuring seamless business transitions.
- Integrate AI, automation, and new technologies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Deliver regular updates to stakeholders and senior executives through governance forums.
- Produce comprehensive project documentation, including plans, risk logs, and post-implementation reviews.
- Coordinate with business teams to ensure operating model design and implementation are approved.
- Manage business communications and train teams for smooth transitions to business as usual.
- Develop creative frameworks to address evolving business challenges and align with strategy.
- Anticipate and resolve project issues, proposing solutions and incorporating emerging risks.
- Synthesize analysis into actionable recommendations within the broader business context.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and business partners.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills :
- At least 7 years of strong project management and business analysis skills.
- Exhibit experience in project planning, stakeholder engagement, and solution development.
- Manage risk, issue resolution, implementation, and data analysis effectively.
- Develop and maintain robust project governance and documentation.
- Translate requirements into solution designs and facilitate prioritization.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including change management and technology.
- Manage multiple activities concurrently to achieve business outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Communicate with strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate intermediate or advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Hold a Project Management or Business Analyst qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).

- Experience with technology solution development.
