Job Summary: As a Chief of Staff Team Coordinator for the Chase Wealth Management team, you will support the CEO and leadership by driving initiatives and ensuring disciplined execution across the business. You will craft executive presentations and talking points, coordinate cross-functional projects, and track progress against priorities. You will manage meeting logistics and calendars in partnership with the Chief of Staff and Executive Admin. You will exercise sound judgment and confidentiality while operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Job responsibilities:
- Create executive-ready materials for leadership meetings and business reviews
- Prepare talking points for internal and external meetings and events
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, timelines, and stakeholder alignment
- Track progress and risks, escalating issues and driving follow-ups
- Attend select senior meetings to document decisions and action items
- Liaise between the CEO, senior leaders, and partner teams to communicate priorities
- Manage calendars, meeting logistics, and event coordination with administrative partners
- Synthesize complex information into clear, concise updates for leadership
- Maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with sound judgment
- Operate calmly and professionally under pressure and shifting priorities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 2+ years of experience in financial services
- Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and building executive presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for pulling data and creating reports
- Communicate effectively and confidently, verbally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills across all levels
- Demonstrated sound judgment and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong prioritization, organization, and attention to detail
- Proven initiative and ability to achieve goals in unstructured environments
- Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience in wealth management
- Experience supporting senior executives or C-suite communications
- Exposure to cross-functional program or project coordination
- Skill in drafting executive remarks, speeches, or event talking points
- Familiarity with fast-paced, dynamic operating environments
- Strength in stakeholder engagement and follow-through
- Comfort navigating large, matrixed organizations
