Job responsibilities

Build and maintain operational and strategic KPI dashboards
Analyze datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers
Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency
Partner with global stakeholders across lines of business
Improve data quality, consistency, and governance

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Programming, or related fields
Knowledge of SQL, Python, and Alteryx
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel / Microsoft Office skills
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Intermediate to advanced English

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

2+ years of experience in corporate or financial environments
2+ years of experience with reporting automation and data pipeline
