As a Trade Lifecycle Specialist III within JPMorganChase, you will assist in handling tasks related to cash movements in and out of client accounts and preparing funding for managed demand deposit accounts. Your contributions will support your team in ensuring trades are processed on respective platforms across all asset classes. You will gain experience in a variety of work processes, applying foundational knowledge of policies and procedures to address routine problems. Your role will involve working on assignments with guidance, requiring you to apply problem-solving techniques and support process improvements. Your ability to actively listen, assist internal stakeholders, and contribute to presentations will be key to your growth in this role.
Job responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge of stock and cash reconciliations.
- Apply knowledge of asset servicing, corporate actions, securities lending, and trades/settlements.
- Perform asset (stock) and cash reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Analyze breaks and exceptions, providing analytical reasoning, accounting details, and other relevant information to business and resolver groups.
- Meet or exceed all defined SLAs for the process (quality, TAT) as agreed with the manager and per job expectations.
- Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and other reporting documents as required.
- Participate in hub calls and liaise closely with the business to ensure breaks are resolved promptly and daily queries are addressed.
- Leverage experience with TLM/TLM Premium.
- Apply data validation controls, including feed validation, out-of-proof checks, and static data and feed maintenance.
- B. Com, M. Com, BBA, MBA
- Minimum 1 year of work experience with Stock/ Cash Reconciliations is a must
- Time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to partner effectively with peers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge on Alteryx, Tableau will be a plus
