As a Marketing Analytics Senior Associate within the Consumer Card Marketing Analytics team, you apply deep quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve complex business problems and drive growth. You partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate data into strategies that improve campaign performance and customer outcomes. You focus on clear, user-centric insights that align with business priorities and deliver measurable impact.
Job responsibilities
- Owns and advances marketing analytics for consumer card products to solve business problems and accelerate growth
- Evaluates campaign performance using experimental design and delivers P&L impact assessments
- Builds and automates data pipelines using SAS, SQL, and Python to transform large data sets into reliable datasets and insights
- Develops customer segmentation and propensity models to inform differentiated offers and channel strategies
- Translates complex analysis into clear recommendations and executive-ready narratives for partners
- Partners with product, marketing, finance, and risk teams to align analytics with business goals and track outcomes
- Establishes and promotes best practices for data quality, documentation, and reproducibility
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related analytical field
- Four years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or a similar discipline within consumer or financial services
- Expertise in SAS and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Proficiency in Python or R for data wrangling, statistical analysis, and automation
- Working knowledge of advanced statistical methods such as regression, clustering, and hypothesis testing
- Experience manipulating large, complex datasets and building analytical data models to evaluate business problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey insights and influence decisions
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Understanding of credit card P&L drivers and unit economics
- Experience applying machine learning techniques to marketing use cases
- Experience with A/B testing design and marketing mix modeling
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar
