As a strategic thinker within our Business Analysis team, you will analyze business processes to identify improvements and support strategic initiatives. You will develop actionable insights and recommendations to promote business growth, utilizing advanced functions and VBA macros to automate and model in Microsoft Excel. You will build and publish Power BI dashboards and reports for data visualization and performance tracking, leveraging AI tools to enhance business processes, analytics, and decision support. You will prepare executive-quality presentations and decks for senior management and stakeholders, documenting business requirements, process flows, and project updates with clarity and rigor. You will lead and coordinate business planning activities, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines, and perform data analysis to support decision-making and maintain performance reporting. You will manage projects end-to-end, applying PM best practices, tracking milestones, and managing risks and issues. You will communicate effectively and build strong relationships to align expectations across cross-functional stakeholders.
Job responsibilities

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6 years of experience in business analysis, business management, or a similar role.
- Advanced skills in Excel (including VBA Macros), Power BI, and AI tools.
- Project management experience; familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Excellent presentation and deck preparation skills.
- Strong planning, organizing, and business strategy capabilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven stakeholder management experience.
- Willingness and ability to work in the evening shift (India time) is mandatory.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience in a multinational or financial services environment.
- Certification in business analysis, data analytics, or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Exposure to agile or other project management methodologies.
