Analyst, Contingent Worker Operations, Onboarding Specialist

| Contingent Worker Operations (CWO), a function of Category Sourcing within JPMC’s Global Supplier Services organization, manages and tracks the onboarding of JPMC contingent labor globally. Our activities consist of the creation and reactivation of contingent worker identities, and the ownership of the contingent labor onboarding processes. CWO is seeking an Identity Management Specialist who will create identity records for contingent workers and help suppliers/assignment sponsors troubleshoot and resolve issues during the onboarding and offboarding process.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediary understanding of Excel.
- Proficient in other typical business applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the competency in technology to learn other applicable toolsets.
- Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality is a must.
- Effective at maintaining and building effective relationships with supplier and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong customer service skills and able to handle and resolve contingent worker data related issues.
- Solid facilitation and presentation skills.
- Work collaboratively with global team members and productively in virtual team environment.
- Ability to work independently and be self-directed.
- Strong technical skills. Ability to learn new systems and multi-task between multiple systems.
