This is a highly visible and collaborative role at the heart of the Marketing organization. The ideal candidate will be an experienced web marketer who is strategic, curious, and analytical.
As Vice President, Web Marketing, within the Global Merchant Services organization, you will be responsible for driving growth for our U.S. Small Business Payments line of business through the Chase Payment Solutions website. You will lead the strategy and execution of website enhancements, content strategies, UX improvements, and SEO/GEO initiatives that accelerate pipeline growth and deliver measurable ROI.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our internal agency/Center of Excellence (COE) to identify SEO/GEO opportunities.
- Collaborate with others on the team as a subject matter expert and partner on digital campaign initiatives.
- Help optimize conversion and cost of acquisition (CAC) across the journey, and ensure appropriate setup across the experience (nav links, lead forms, etc.).
- Own and optimize the web funnel through growth marketing tactics.
- Lead web projects end‑to‑end with execution support from Marketing Delivery.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 7+ years of experience owning website strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of SEO/GEO and experience with long‑form content development, including scaling content strategies across the website, owned and earned media, social, and affiliate channels, to drive traffic and domain authority.
- Highly strategic and analytical, with a proven ability to turn complex data into understandable insights and strategies.
- Strong grasp of web UX best practices, customer‑journey design, browser standards, and responsive web design.
- Incredibly organized and detail‑oriented; comfortable managing multiple complex, cross‑functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
- Experience with website‑related martech integrations and working with B2B marketing technologies such as CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), web analytics tools and methodologies (e.g., Adobe Analytics, tagging, scripting), and project workflow tools (e.g., Workfront, Jira).
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Background in payments, B2B financial services, and/or SaaS.
- Experience marketing to small and medium‑sized businesses (SMBs).
