The Software Engineer Program (SEP) is a global 2-year career development program designed to provide entry level talent with the foundational technical and professional skills enabling them to build robust networks and establish successful careers in technology at JPMorgan Chase.
Under the direction of the Program Management team, SEP engineers build technical, functional and leadership skills through challenging roles, nurturing managers and dynamic development opportunities.
The Early Career Talent Program Delivery Associate is expected to partner with the Software Engineer Program managers to create a best in class new joiner experience for the incoming Interns and Engineers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partnering to drive the timely completion of Keep warm strategy, role submission and placements, and other processes as the Software Engineer Program scales up year on year.
- Partner with the SEP Training team to ensure all aspects of engineer training are successfully planned and implemented
- Plan and organize engineer engagement events, manager education calls & other program initiatives
- Communicate across the incoming engineers, engineers in the program , managers and key partners
- Provide related material and data reporting along with all the logistics w.r.t initiative rollouts e.g. Managing distribution lists, shared drive data and regularly updating/organizing the same for common references.
- Manage Vendors – To identify the right vendor and procure giveaways/products as and when required for the program. Manage budget and get the invoices cleared on time.
- Work with Global Program Management, SEP Program Directors, Technology Campus Recruiting & Technology Training teams on presentations and data requests for senior leadership within Global Technology and Global Talent Acquisition.
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of project management and/or program management experience
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office skills specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with data reporting tools like Tableau, Survey Monkey, confluence, SharePoint
- Ability to tell a compelling story through data
- Experience in coordination on a global scale
- Self-directed and able to work autonomously- Strong and demonstrated focus on customer experience
- Demonstrated capability to manage projects - High standards and attention to detail; strong planning and time management skills.
