As a Sustainability Analyst in Corporate Sustainability, you will support the design and delivery of the firm’s Asia Pacific sustainability strategy. You will research trends and policy, engage with internal and external stakeholders, operationalize governance and reporting, and deliver communications and education that advance regional priorities. You will work across lines of business and corporate functions to align initiatives with commercial objectives and provide clear, data‑driven insights.
Job responsibilities
- Research regional sustainability and policy trends and synthesize insights to inform strategy and decision‑making.
- Map and engage key stakeholders to strengthen the firm’s sustainability profile across APAC markets.
- Develop and deliver education, awareness, and communications materials across channels in partnership with Communications.
- Support alignment of regional sustainability initiatives with business priorities and growth objectives.
- Coordinate cross‑functional programs with business and corporate function partners, ensuring milestones and deliverables.
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, dashboards, and reports for senior stakeholders.
- Maintain governance processes, data integrity, and metrics; track outcomes and trends.
- Provide project management for events, roundtables, and strategic engagements.
- Identify sustainability‑related risks and opportunities and help structure responses with business partners.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of regional processes, templates, and operating rhythms.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sustainability or sustainable finance (e.g., consulting, strategy, research, or related roles).
- Working knowledge of climate, energy, and environmental topics and how they apply to financial services.
- Ability to quickly learn new topics, connect insights across domains, and distill complex information clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce concise, audience‑appropriate materials.
- Proven project management and organizational skills across multiple, time‑sensitive initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a large, matrixed organization and build productive partnerships.
- Proficiency in desktop research and data analysis to support evidence‑based recommendations.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and governance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Sustainability, Economics, Finance, Public Policy, or related).

- Experience working in Asia Pacific with familiarity of regional sustainability trends and regulatory developments.
- Advanced analytical skills, including data visualization and interpretation.
- Understanding of financial concepts and the intersection of sustainability with commercial outcomes.
- Experience developing stakeholder engagement plans and tracking outcomes.
- Experience creating executive‑level presentations and narratives.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast‑paced environment and proposing practical solutions.
