As an Inter Affiliate Services Oversight & Governance Manager within Global Supplier Services, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring and managing Inter Affiliate activities across various Corporate Functions and regions. You will partner with business contacts, build strong stakeholder relationships, and help drive compliance with regulatory commitments and firmwide policies. Together, we ensure consistent oversight and support for all Inter Affiliate activity, fostering a culture of compliance and collaboration.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor and track a pipeline of Inter Affiliate projects compliance to the Inter Affiliate Oversight program.
- Act as a central point for LOB requests coming into the GSS IAS team
- Monitor various reports, tools, and system research for all projects/services associated with the Inter Affiliate relationship.
- Ensure all applicable requirements are completed in the appropriate timeframe based on Inter Affiliate risk tier and manage timelines for completion of all relevant process steps.
- Identify, explain, and remediate risks and issues with stakeholders
- Update the appropriate systems (COMPASS, Qlikview and Cognos), develop & issue reports and follow up with Business and maintain documentation in accordance with all policies and procedures
- Collaborate with business teams to understand and document the business needs and any identified solutions to mitigate risks identified and building strong working relationships with the Business.
- Guide stakeholders on the IAS procedures and systems
- Oversee multiple countries/regions partnering with key contacts in the locations, including SMEs such as Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Tax, etc.
- Support business manager with the post go live requirements of the IAS program. For example: Steady State Monitoring,Score card performance monitoring and guiding on updates from time to time
- Drive ad hoc projects as required, facilitate meetings, produce documentation and coordinate action items and regional IAS governance and information sharing meetings as required.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Five years of experience in Inter Affiliate Services, Finance, Sourcing, Risk, Oversight & Control, Vendor Management, or related roles
- Twelve years of overall professional experience
- Demonstrated written, verbal, listening, and negotiation skills
- Strong business analysis and decision-making skills
- Ability to partner with Legal, Tax, and Regional Governance functions
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of risk management and control principles
- Understanding of regional and local regulatory outsourcing requirements
- Demonstrated organizational and research skills with ability to execute and escalate
- Sound business judgment and proactive issue identification
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Strong knowledge of IAS and/or TPO standards
- Experience with procurement tools such as COMPASS, Ariba, CWOC, NEIM, Concur, 4Site, FORCE, Bridger, Qlikview, and Cognos
- Experience in stakeholder management across multiple regions
- Ability to drive process improvements and support governance initiatives
- Familiarity with compliance and privacy requirements
- Experience facilitating meetings and coordinating action items
- Advanced reporting and documentation skills
