As an Associate Product Manager in Digital Markets, you will support the growth of our global client-facing platform for FX options derivatives. You will work closely with team members to deliver capabilities across the product lifecycle, support decisions with metrics and insights, and help turn requirements into tangible business deliverables. You will be organized, eager to learn, and able to balance the demands of multiple stakeholders across regions and lines of business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with eSales and participate in client meetings to gather feedback and insights, ensuring our solutions meet client needs and expectations.
  • Contribute to idea generation and iterative solution development for clients in the FX options derivatives space.
  • Support the alignment of trading, sales, and client strategy by partnering with global trading and the head of trading.
  • Assist in the execution of strategic roadmaps, product development, launches, and marketing activities.
  • Support product direction and ensure alignment with overall program and company goals.
  • Assist with day-to-day product management tasks such as requirements gathering, project coordination, product delivery, client experience, and communication.
  • Help prioritize tasks, coordinate with stakeholders, and address obstacles to achieve business results.
  • Support market research, contribute to product innovation roadmaps, and help address challenges related to product differentiation.
  • Stay informed on market demands, technology trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Contribute to team targets and support the identification and execution of new opportunities.
  • Work with Product Marketing on FX Options campaigns to promote new solutions.
  • Support innovation by collaborating with internal partners to develop product interoperability.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Structuring, Sales, QTR, UX, Marketing, Legal, and Technology to deliver business results through strategic capability builds.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Demonstrable experience or strong interest in Product Management within Financial Services.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Deep understanding and familiarity with Tableau.
  • Aptitude for translating business needs into technical requirements and willingness to learn new domains.
  • Understanding or experience working within an agile framework (scrums, sprint planning, backlog refinement).
  • Awareness of client-centric design practices.
  • Experience or strong interest in working in a front office environment.
  • Ability to influence teams to prioritize key deliverables for the business.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Coding languages (Python, SQL) is not required but a plus.
  • Interest or experience in FX Options is preferred.
