Full Stack Observability Product Manager - Vice President

As a Product Manager in Applications Observability Platform team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. As an experienced Product Manager, your mission is to help lead our team of innovators and technologists toward creating next-level solutions that improve the way our business is run. Your deep knowledge of design, analytics, testing and software engineering processes will help your team raise their game, meeting your standards, as well as satisfying both business, functional and non-functional requirements. Your expertise in various technology domains will be counted on to assist with strategic direction and solve complex problems.
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements
- Create and maintain User Journeys. Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance
- Facilitate the creation and maintenance of product documentation
- Understanding in detail the products and services available across cloud service providers
- Building product strategies and roadmaps that meet customer needs. Managing delivery of the products using Agile methods and approaches
- Refining backlogs and sprint management
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Experience in product management or development
- Experience in working with agile teams and processes
- Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communicator at all levels of the organization
- Ability to forge strong relationships and build a wide network throughout the firm
- Experience in managing delivery of complex technology solutions
- Experience working within a large global organization
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Understanding of Cloud products and services and cloud service provider capabilities
