Job Summary:
As a Payment Lifecycle Associate within Global Cash Ops, you'll promote structure and discipline around business governance and projects. You will support the business and governance lead for Global Cash Ops where they will build a strong relationship and become a key partner focusing on the group’s strategic agenda, business strategy, planning, communication and governance. You must be a highly collaborative partner, have a strategic mind-set, and be process oriented, with a proven track record of relevant skills through prior experience in Payments Ops, Business Management, Service and/or Project Management. The candidate selected will be responsible to deliver governance for the business and high impact ops excellence (non-technology) projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives and projects to resolve diverse problems identified by Cash Ops leadership from initiation through implementation, including value‑added analytics, communication, and reporting (scorecards/dashboards and executive‑level reporting).
- Implement project structure and governance to deliver the agreed strategy; manage the project plan (scope, stakeholders, risks/issues, timeline, etc.).
- Lead and catalyze change as requirements and priorities shift, driving progress from planning to execution.
- Drive collaborative initiatives with team members and global partners to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes.
- Drive the agenda, content, and preparation of business reviews and executive leadership presentations to articulate strategic direction, execution, and performance tracking for internal stakeholders and functional partners.
- Lead and contribute to initiatives spanning Data & Analytics, Intelligent Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, and Business Taxonomy.
- Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
- Manage strategic business communications, including town halls, video messages, year‑end messages, and organization announcements.
- Manage strategic and operationally complex projects delivered by cross‑functional teams.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum 7 years Payments/banking/financial services experience. Prior Project management and business management experience ideal.
- Proven Project Management, planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple deliverable/projects simultaneously. Ability to challenge organization and understand ways of working; ability to interpret and present complex data.
- Deep execution experience with a demonstrated ability to meet and enforce deadlines.
- Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and clear communication skills; lead meetings and facilitate dialogues with multiple stakeholders. Comfortable working with senior managers and global teams to achieve organizational goals
- Ability to work and think independently and strong initiative. Adept at working in matrix organization and dynamic high performance teams
- Managing strategic and operationally complex projects delivered by cross-functional teams
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Exposure to automation and data tools (e.g., Alteryx, RPA) and API-driven integrations
- Understanding of Agile delivery and product management practices
- Advanced Excel; data analysis and visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); basic SQL
- Building executive-ready MIS and insights; data storytelling and presentations
- Strong visualization capabilities and experience with BI & Analytics tools (Tableau, Alteryx, Advanced Excel, Qlik, Power BI, etc.) preferred
