Chase Wealth Management (CWM) is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Associate to join our National Field Finance & Analytics team. The National Field Finance team partners with business leaders across the country to provide financial analysis, strategic insights, and support for decision-making throughout the Wealth Management field organization.
As an Associate in National Field Finance & Analytics, you will have the opportunity to work on initiatives with national impact, collaborate across multiple regions, and develop a comprehensive understanding of the Wealth Management business at scale.
Job responsibilities
- Partner with Field Finance Regional Business Managers and business leaders across all U.S. regions to deliver financial analysis and insights that drive business performance.
- Support the monthly and quarterly forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes for the national Wealth Management field organization.
- Analyze financial results across regions, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency at the national level.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, highlighting key business drivers, financial performance, and national trends.
- Assist in the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the national field organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Strategy, Operations, and Practice Management to support national business initiatives and projects.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting across all regions.
- Participate in ad hoc analysis and special projects with national scope as needed.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, business finance, or a related field (experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data systems (e.g., Data Bricks, SQL).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to a national audience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities across regions.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience supporting field or sales organizations at a national or multi-regional level.
- Familiarity with Wealth Management products and services.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across diverse geographies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, driving initiatives, and solving problems in a dynamic environment.

Final Job Grade level and corporate title will be determined at time of offer and may differ from this posting. This role does not provide relocation assistance, so all candidates must be local to the work locations listed in the job posting or willing to relocate on their own immediately upon hiring. Candidates must be able to work in our offices full-time (5 days). The specific details and timing will be determined and communicated by direct management.
