Job Summary
As a Business Product and Transformation Associate within Client Service and Onboarding, you oversee the portfolio of initiatives to maintain strategic alignment, quality, and execution. You manage inventory accuracy, conduct quality reviews, and prepare clear, insight-driven reports for senior stakeholders. You partner closely with portfolio leads and project managers to optimize capacity and anticipate risks. Your relationship management skills help align global and local stakeholders and sustain delivery momentum.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain the portfolio inventory, ensuring initiatives align with strategy and priorities.

  • Govern portfolio data quality; standardize documentation and reporting for accuracy and consistency.

  • Plan capacity and assess workforce load to optimize resource allocation for current and future demands.

  • Monitor early signals of risk and issues; drive timely remediation to protect delivery outcomes.

  • Lead portfolio reporting sessions and provide senior leaders with clear, actionable insights.

  • Drive independent and collaborative efforts that improve productivity and operational efficiency.

  • Build and sustain strong partnerships with global and local stakeholders to align objectives and support delivery.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Minimum three years of experience in portfolio management, PMO, transformation, or product/operations oversight.

  • Proven experience maintaining portfolio data integrity and producing executive-ready reporting.

  • Demonstrated capacity planning and workload assessment skills for resource optimization.

  • Ability to identify risks/issues early in the lifecycle and lead coordinated resolution.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting portfolio updates to senior stakeholders.

  • Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills across cross-functional, global teams.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience with analytics and productivity tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, SharePoint, Excel, UiPath, and Pitch Pro+.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience supporting change management, including training material development and session facilitation.
