Join the Trade Analytics & Insights team and turn complex data into clear, actionable intelligence for senior leaders. Wear multiple hats across product management, stakeholder engagement, and hands‑on development in Alteryx, Tableau, and Python.

As a Senior Associate within the Trade Analytics & Insights team, you transform data into business intelligence that enables informed, timely decisions. You partner with stakeholders across functions to define requirements, build pipelines, and deliver high‑impact dashboards and analytics. You drive projects end‑to‑end—from scoping and prioritization to development, quality, and adoption.

You can expect to wear many hats, including product management, stakeholder management, Alteryx development, Tableau development, and Python development. You will work as both an individual contributor, and to project manage other members of the team to achieve the end goal. The mission of the Trade Analytics & Insights Team to enable data driven decision making for users across several departments and levels of seniority. Signature products of the team include business intelligence dashboards across investment products, AI enabled investments commentary, personalized investment ideas for clients, execution optimization, and several others.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize deep business and market knowledge, combined with advanced data analytics skills, to deliver actionable insights to business leaders and senior management.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and partners to identify optimal solutions for complex business challenges, define clear project roadmaps and requirements, and execute solutions using tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Python, and Tableau.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analyses and deep dives leveraging Alteryx and Python to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Design and develop dynamic, interactive Tableau dashboards to effectively communicate insights and support strategic decision-making for senior management.
  • Build strong partnerships across multiple internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 7+ years of overall experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related fields

  • Hands-on experience with Alteryx, Tableau, and Python, including the ability to design, build, and optimize data workflows, dashboards, etc.

  • 1+ years of experience in product management, particularly focused on developing and managing data pipelines and dashboard solutions

  • Proven ability to lead data projects through all phases, including data sourcing, transformation, cleaning, and visualization, ensuring high data quality and actionable insights.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex business challenges and develop innovative, data-driven solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into clear, concise messages for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, data storytelling skills

  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Natural curiosity and passion for financial markets; knowledge of financial instruments and investment products across asset classes (example: cash and derivatives: equities, fixed income, FX, commodities)
  • Logical and Structured Thinking with an ability to problem solve

  • Alteryx Designer Advanced Certification

  • Tableau Data Analyst Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or a related field (Computer Science, Data Analytics, etc.)
