Job Summary
As an Analyst within the Sourcing & Procurement team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the full lifecycle of contingent workforce activities, with a focus on optimizing Beeline, enforcing firmwide controls and governance (including Minimum Control Requirements and local labor legislation), and enhancing the reach and efficiency of the GCWM program. Key responsibilities include building strong internal client relationships to understand skill needs, resource and location strategies; aligning best practices in request, demand, and workload management; qualifying job specifications prior to supplier distribution; championing candidate authentication, validation, and resume quality; ensuring interview processes and onboarding align with hiring policies; and enforcing compliance with preferred supplier programs and executed agreements (pricing, processes, policies). The role requires high professionalism, ongoing development of subject‑matter expertise (competition, pricing trends, industry practices), and disciplined communication and dashboard/mailbox management to maintain visibility and control across operations.
Job responsibilities
- Supporting Contingent Workforce Procurement operational activities & transactions , challenging levels of excellence through the full process lifecycle & optimizing Beeline usage.
- Delivering firmwide controls & governance applicable to contingent workforce, including Minimum Control Requirements Contingent Labor and local labor legislation.
- Developing internal client relationships to understand business footprint and skillset requirements, as well as resource and location strategies.
- Seek out cross category opportunities to develop the reach and scope of the GCWM programme, optimizing benefits & efficiencies of the service.
- Aligning on best practices in request, demand & workload management, installing excellence throughout the process initiation steps.
- Qualifying job specifications to ensure accuracy prior to distribution to supplier community.
- Championing candidate authentication, validation & resume quality management, ensuring interview structure & process with alignment to the firmwide hiring policy, providing oversight on appropriate onboarding process steps
- Ensuring compliance and utilization of preferred supplier program and adherence to executed agreements including pricing, processes and policies.
- Consistently demonstrate a high level of professionalism in behavior and performance.
- Continually develop subject matter expertise in field of specialty, remain current & in a position to be a strategic advisor on competition, pricing trends and industry practices.
- Maintaining emphasis on Communication, Mailbox & Beeline dashboard management.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Minimum 6+ years in the staffing industry, with staff augmentation/contingent workforce procurement experience and a strong understanding of large financial services organizations.
- Deep knowledge of contingent workforce best practices within a centralized, proactively sourced model, including strong supply chain and demand management.
- Proven supplier management and client relationship management skills.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, problem-solving, and initiative.
- Expert at effectively using contingent workforce procurement systems and navigating sourcing/vendor management platforms.
- Background in Technology or Clerical & Professional contingent workforce.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in fast-paced, complex environments, with a strong collaborative team orientation.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proactive, curious, and inquisitive mindset.
