The Corporate Sales team in Dubai manage and grow relationships with global clients across CEEMEA.
As a Payment Corporate Sales Analyst in the Corporate Sales team in Dubai you will work closely with Treasury Services, Trade & Working Capital, Corporate Banking, and other partners. Day to day, you will keep the sales pipeline and reports up to date, build client materials, answer client questions when sales execs are unavailable, and help run deals from start to finish, including onboarding and KYC.
Job responsibilities
- Support sales execs to win new business: spot opportunities, plan client meetings, and follow up.
- Support as the backup point of contact for client queries and help with ad‑hoc requests.
- Manage the sales pipeline: track opportunities and revenues, and produce monthly management reports.
- Prepare client materials: proposals, pitch decks, and presentations that are clear and accurate.
- Build simple market and financial analyses in Excel to support proposals.
- Coordinate deal execution: work with Implementation, Product, and Client Service to kick off and track onboarding and KYC.
- Help organize client forums and hospitality events.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in payments, transaction banking, corporate banking, or a sales support/analysis role.
- Basic understanding of payments and treasury.
- Solid Excel skills (pivots, lookups, charts) and ability to turn numbers into clear insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable drafting proposals and talking to clients.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines with cross‑functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Relevant experience in Payments/Treasury Services/Cash Management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with CRM/reporting tools.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong relationship‑building, time management, and attention to detail.
- Understanding of Compliance and KYC processes.
