As a Trading Services Specialist within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in the execution and processing of trade orders, assisting the smooth operation of our trading and portfolio management businesses. Your work will have a significant impact within your team, contributing to the overall performance of our trading services. You will initiate your knowledge of market products and trading processes and learn how to apply this expertise to solve non-routine challenges and improve existing procedures. Your role will be also monitored and coached by junior and senior team members, sharing their knowledge and experience to enhance team performance. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will use and skill up your understanding of automation technologies and data analysis techniques to optimize our trading operations, while effectively collaborating with internal stakeholder relationships and assist driving change initiatives to drive our strategic plans.

Job responsibilities
  • Perform reconciliation to identify the reason for Cash and Stock breaks and reach out to businesses to close the breaks
  • Book Paydowns/Drawdowns and Interest rate resets in Geneva to match trade booking system
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our client base and building relationships with Technology and product Development
  • Assist with Audit requests (client and internal)
  • Ensure all scheduled work is completed by agreed deadlines, checklists are signed and files contain all required documentation
  • Ensure that all controls and procedures outlined in the procedures manual and general company policies are complied with across all groups
  • Create, maintain and update procedures for client specific deliverables
  • On-going review of daily controls and communication of any new training or procedural changes to your team
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance/Operations
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in in reconciliation team to have good understanding of in Advent Geneva is required with familiarity in low code tools such as Alteryx, Xceptor, Tableau, etc.
  • Good PC skills including Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, Power point, Access)
  • Good oral and written communications skills.
  • Must be able to work under pressure & deadline driven environment.

  • Added advantage of Global Custody/Prime Brokerage & Bloomberg
