Payroll Operations Analyst

Join our Manila Payroll Operations team and launch your career in global payroll operations. You will gain hands-on experience supporting US payroll, collaborating with colleagues in the US and India, and working with leading payroll and automation tools.
As a PayOps Analyst in the Manila Payroll Operations team, you will support the accurate and timely processing of US payroll, validate payroll data, and assist with process improvements.
Job responsibilities:
- Process and validate US payroll transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support payroll operations using Oracle HCM Payroll.
- Collaborate with US and India teams to resolve payroll issues and share best practices.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Contribute to automation projects using Alteryx and Pega.
- Maintain payroll records and support audit activities.
- Prepare payroll reports and analytics for stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with global team members.
- Uphold data confidentiality and integrity.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
- Demonstrate at least 1 year of experience in payroll or HR operations.
- Show familiarity with Oracle HCM Payroll or similar payroll systems.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Communicate clearly and work collaboratively in a global team environment.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Display basic knowledge of automation tools such as Alteryx and Pega.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance in payroll processes.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Possess experience supporting US payroll operations.
- Demonstrate knowledge of US payroll regulations.
- Show experience with payroll automation projects.
- Hold certification in payroll or HR systems.
