As a PayOps Analyst in the Manila Payroll Operations team, you will support the accurate and timely processing of US payroll, validate payroll data, and assist with process improvements.

Job responsibilities:

• Process and validate US payroll transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support payroll operations using Oracle HCM Payroll.
• Collaborate with US and India teams to resolve payroll issues and share best practices.
• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Contribute to automation projects using Alteryx and Pega.
• Maintain payroll records and support audit activities.
• Prepare payroll reports and analytics for stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with global team members.
• Uphold data confidentiality and integrity.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
• Demonstrate at least 1 year of experience in payroll or HR operations.
• Show familiarity with Oracle HCM Payroll or similar payroll systems.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Communicate clearly and work collaboratively in a global team environment.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Display basic knowledge of automation tools such as Alteryx and Pega.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance in payroll processes.
