Senior Product Portfolio Operations Associate

Job responsibilities
- Creates synergies across products to ensure successful delivery against business objectives
- Collects key inputs from across products to ensure the full product-line framework highlights our core cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs
- Calculates metrics for portfolio management operations and analyzes data for areas of opportunity
- Delivers product efficiencies through creation of solutions using AI, ML & advanced analytics to reduce time to complete PDLC activities & enhance quality of outcomes
- Enables modernization of the Operations Product Portfolio by developing cross-business/function AI ready data documentation
- Develops change initiative materials and change timelines
- Assists in the product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization
- Proven ability to implement operational effectiveness initiatives
- Prior working exposure to operations of the product development life cycle and agile methodologies
- Advanced abilities in Microsoft excel to include PowerQuery to perform data extraction, transformation & mapping
- Familiarity with data concepts to include enterprise data definition, lineage, and enterprise design
- Familiarity with outcomes & activities of the product development lifecycle to include discovery, planning & execution
- Previous technical or product management experience in data and analytics
- Skilled at bringing structure to ambiguous business problems and driving toward resolution
