Project Specialist I

As a Project Specialist I within the Commercial Bank International Onboarding, you will provide support to the Client Onboarder for the successful implementation of Payments products and services. Partner with internal stake holders to help provide a best-in-class experience.
You will be responsible for ensuring the completion of all required documentation, approvals, and risk assessments prior to the setup of products or services for clients.
Responsibilities
- Research and check if all pre-requisites and approvals are in place on all new Implementation deals to ensure a successful onboarding experience for our client and internal partners.
- Track deal deliverables, escalate implementation issues, and lead error-resolution efforts to meet project deadlines.
- Document observations, identify gaps or exceptions, and escalate or propose remediation as needed.
- Monitor validation of tax forms, risk ratings, and approvals to maintain regulatory compliance and minimize operational risks.
- Develop and implement efficient procedures for preparing and reviewing client paperwork, including product line items and payment setup forms.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in client management or operations roles with BA/BS degree.
- Strong organizational skills both personally and across the working team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, time management, and attention to detail
- Strong English written/verbal communication ability, especially via phone and e-mail channels.
- Adaptable to a changing, dynamic work environment
- Proven ability to manage conflict
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other desktop/internet-based applications and tools.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Project management experience would be beneficial.
