As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Consumer & Community Banking Team, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.

Job responsibilities
  • Understands the development and execution of our product strategy and prepare Testing roadmap
  • Assists in the leadership and mentoring of QA professionals, fostering growth and ensuring high performance
  • Participates in test team forums and being an advocate for process improvements
  • Engages early in initiatives using a shift-left approach during the discovery phases, performing a functional lead/mentor role for teammates
  • Assists in and conduct business analysis in partnership with the test team, product management and technology teams to identify gaps early in developing detailed, effective test cycle plans
  • Understands and assesses cross-impacts across business and product teams to develop a seamless end-to-end test engagement, strategy and execution plan.
  • Influences the requirement formulation phase and lead the teams to adopt behavior-driven development or other frameworks
  • Uses analysis during planning and findings during execution phases to create necessary testing artifacts
  • Delivers the end-to-end test strategy to independently deliver the project from start to finish
  • Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives related to projects or processes through retrospection, optimization, automation, and documentation and lead them to completion
  • Builds and helps develop team experience and knowledge across product delivery roles, including dependency management, business readiness and production validation testing as needed
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance/User acceptance testing experience with hands on experience creating test strategies, test plans, test scenarios and test scripts required
  • Excellent collaboration skills across Product teams, business partners and other stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience in creating SQL queries
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools such as qTest, JIRA, ALM, etc
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools/capabilities such as VB and JAVA Scripting, Selenium, TOSCA, Eggplant, Database Automation etc.
  • Experience in creating macros for process optimization and efficiency improvements
  • Experience in designing and implementing automation solutions for ad hoc business requests that are technically feasible

  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
