As a Financial Controller - Vice President in the Firmwide Financial Control (FFC) organization, you will help ensure the integrity of the Firm’s books and records across lines of business, partnering with global teams in our primary hubs—Delaware, Warsaw, and India—to promote consistent, high-quality financial control practices.

You will play a key role in extending the Asset Class Control (ACC) model, aligning oversight and controls across the end-to-end lifecycle for each balance sheet asset category, and strengthening transparency, accuracy, and control effectiveness across the Firm. With a global footprint of 600+ colleagues, FFC also offers opportunities to travel to key locations and collaborate in person with partners throughout the year.

Job responsibilities

  • Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge technologies—such as Large Language Model (LLM) APIs, DBX, Snowflake, and Sigma—to drive scalable product development and accelerate strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned to company goals, fostering innovation across technology and product domains to ensure future-readiness.
  • Optimize business processes, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency by partnering with cross-functional teams to identify and execute improvements that elevate customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders across JPMorganChase hubs, the broader OCFO organization, and Corporate and LOB Technology teams to align priorities and drive outcomes.
  • Track the progress of transformation initiatives, analyze performance results, and deliver regular management reports; monitor business unit performance against business plans and SLAs to identify and address gaps.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of transformation professionals; coach, mentor, and act as a subject matter expert to support junior and new team members.
  • Assess and mitigate risks proactively when making business decisions, safeguarding the firm’s reputation and assets; drive compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and firm policies while exercising sound ethical judgment.
  • Influence strategic functional decisions through clear, comprehensive communication; persuade and align stakeholders using data-driven insights, strong diplomacy, and effective executive storytelling.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or equivalent field.

• 15+ years of overall IT Experience working as Transformation lead, Data,

• Technology literacy in ETL (Export, Transform, and Load Automation), AI ML as a technology, Workflow automation, Robot process automation, Data Science and Statistics

• Experience with statistical techniques - i.e. data mining, data transformations, text mining, data visualization.

• Comfort with ambiguity and proven ability to structure problems.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Demonstrated expertise in data wrangling and model building on a distributed Spark computation environment (with stability, scalability and efficiency).

• Experience on Agile and CI-CD process.

• Diploma or degree in Innovation Management

• Design and process improvement certification

• Lean Six Sigma Black belt certified

• Design thinking certification

• Outstanding written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
