As a Product Delivery Associate at JPMorganChase within Market Data Services team, you will be pivotal in coordinating, tracking, and executing technology and data initiatives that enhance market data platforms and services across the firm. You will help ensure delivery quality, security, resiliency, and scalability of platform enhancements supporting trading, research, and analytics.

Job responsibilities

  • Executes end-to-end delivery activities from planning through implementation and release, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality are met.
  • Coordinates with product, engineering, operations, and vendor teams to track milestones, risks, and dependencies, and drives issue resolution.
  • Participates in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, retrospectives) and maintains delivery backlogs and roadmaps.
  • Assists with onboarding market data feeds, vendor integrations, and platform upgrades impacting internal users and applications.
  • Maintains delivery artifacts including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and release documentation; prepares dashboards and leadership updates.
  • Supports adherence to governance, change management, and risk/control frameworks across environments.
  • Collaborates with infrastructure and application teams to support platform stability, performance, and operational readiness.
  • Contributes to UAT coordination, deployment readiness, and post-release validation to ensure secure, stable platform outcomes.
  • Participates in budget planning, infrastructure management, and Big Room Planning to align resources with delivery objectives.
  • Learns and applies Agile delivery best practices and AI-driven tooling to improve team efficiency and outcomes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experience.
  • Experience in product or technology delivery, project coordination, or similar roles within complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Agile delivery tools and practices (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), and software delivery lifecycle fundamentals.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication with the ability to synthesize status, risks, and decisions for stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project) for planning, reporting, and status updates.
  • Awareness of AI and emerging technologies with interest in adopting AI-driven tools and practices to improve delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and with diverse stakeholder groups.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Exposure to market data platforms, financial services, or trading environments.
  • Basic understanding of data platforms, APIs, or analytics systems; familiarity with data quality and lineage concepts.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools or automation to enhance workflows, reporting, or delivery outcomes.
  • Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools for delivery dashboards.
  • Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms and CI/CD practices for platform releases.
  • Familiarity with market data vendors and feeds (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, exchange feeds).
