The Opportunity: We're looking for a Reporting Associate to join our Auto Risk Reporting Center of Excellence—a high-impact team that powers data-driven decision-making across both Retail and Commercial Auto Portfolios. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of data, technology, and business strategy—translating complex datasets into actionable insights, automating critical reporting processes, and arming leadership with the accurate, timely information they need to move with agility and precision.
What You'll Do
Reporting & Analytics
- Own and enhance BAU (Business-As-Usual) reporting for Auto Risk stakeholders
- Deliver in-depth portfolio performance monitoring across new originations and existing accounts
- Support BCBS regulatory reporting with rigorous validation and data accuracy checks
Automation & Innovation
- Design and implement automation solutions to streamline reporting workflows
- Lead tech migration initiatives for critical Auto Risk deliverables
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
Data Integrity & Governance
- Reconcile Risk data against Finance/GL sources to ensure alignment
- Serve as a guardian of data quality—ensuring all outputs are accurate, reliable, and audit-ready
- Support regulatory exams and audits with comprehensive data support
Collaboration & Partnership
- Act as the Auto Risk liaison across products, projects, and technology teams
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for delivery partners
- Respond to ad hoc data requests with speed and precision
What You'll Bring
Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics
- Prior experience in Risk Management, Financial Services, or Auto Lending preferred
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake, Databricks, Oracle, AWS environments)
- Working knowledge of Python, Tableau, and/or Alteryx
- Experience designing automated reporting solutions
