Senior Product Associate

As a Product Manager for Small Dollar Lending in Business Banking, you will contribute to Fair Lending, Loans and Portfolio Transformation initiatives. You’ll be charged with identifying and executing opportunities to enhance our existing products (Small Business Administration and Term Loan) and promoting sustainable access to credit for small businesses by partnering with Product Development, Business Card, Compliance and Sales Strategy. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of leading projects end-to-end and comfortability translating complex data into compelling product strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with cross functional partners (Product, Risk, Sales Strategy) to understand unique small business needs and lead product opportunities, from opportunity discovery to ongoing monitoring
- Monitor business performance: Analyze SBA (Small Business Administration) & Term Loan product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to enhance the customer experience, product and returns
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously research and stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation to drive increased value across small dollar lending within Chase
- Product Strategy Support: Assist in developing and refining product roadmaps based on customer feedback, market research, and business priorities
- Contribute to the short- and long-term strategies for the business, including enhancements to existing products (SBA and Term Loan) and ongoing Affordable Lending governance efforts
- Coordinate execution of time-bound initiatives critical to the performance and compliance of the products
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Possess knowledge or interest of small business lending and acquisition, including digital/mobile acumen and portfolio management initiatives
- Experience in product management; specific experience in small business lending is a plus
- Data analysis and experience using data analytics and insights to solve problems
- Data visualization and experience with executive storytelling to advance product recommendations
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record leading initiatives end-to-end in complex environments
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
