Product Delivery Manager - Mobile Automation Testing

- Manages UAT environment and ensuring test environment consistency for UAT prospective and work towards the of high-quality customer experiences
- Designs, develops and maintains a environment management strategy and environment uptime matrices.
- Develops test automation (smart specs) to monitor greater environment availability
- Develops and maintains the functional test automation
- Develops tools and technique to bring the environment uptime.
- Communicates status to management and key stakeholders across a portfolio of projects
- Leads a culture of respect that promotes diversity and inclusion, and mentors and motivates a strong cross-functional team
- Develops the next generation of UAT talent, with a focus on hiring, developing and retaining top talent
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in Automation Testing & Mobile Testing with understanding of Quality Assurance and delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- Strong Experience with Test Automation solutions and test automation development
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attitude
- Hands-on experience in test automation, common defect management tools, the ability to perform automated tests, and an understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies
- TSYS and Consumer banking/credit card experience is required.
- Experience with functional testing automation tools and technologies (Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Junit), as well as databases such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server and DB2
- Experience with API (Application Programming Interface) test automation (Rest Assured, SoapUI, Postman)
- Experience with Java and JavaScript
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle principles and quality assurance methodology
