Job summary

  • As a Financial Analysis Associate in the Global Real Estate Finance team within the Chief Administrative Office’s Finance and Business Management division, you analyze and interpret real estate–related financial impacts across monthly and budget cycles to inform workforce, location, and portfolio strategies.
  • You synthesize large, complex datasets into actionable insights, uphold data quality, and enable process improvements that help our businesses make timely, well-informed decisions.
  • You collaborate with finance partners and Chief Financial Officer organizations, adapt to evolving priorities, and support requests from senior leadership in a fast-paced environment using inclusive, clear communication.
  • You work within a collaborative team that blends market intelligence, analytics, and financial planning to optimize our corporate real estate portfolio while enabling growth for our people and businesses.

Job responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end system indirect real estate expense allocations to lines of business, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

  • Identify root causes and deliver process improvements, including upstream data corrections that enhance data integrity and timeliness.

  • Implement data management practices to secure, govern, and steward sensitive information in line with firm standards.
  • Manage centralized datasets and enforce data quality controls that enable consistent reporting and analysis.
  • Assess and optimize workforce, location, and data architecture to support portfolio and business strategy objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data collaboration, consistency, and best practices across reporting cycles.
  • Support key business decisions and change initiatives with clear, timely analyses and stakeholder-ready materials.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum of three years of experience in data analytics, finance, or accounting; real estate finance exposure is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and optimizing Alteryx workflows for data integration, transformation, and automation.
  • Proven ability to analyze and synthesize large, complex datasets into concise recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for modeling, analysis, and reporting.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset and attention to detail.
