Private Client Product Marketing, Senior Associate
JPMorganChase
About the Role
The Private Client Banking Marketing team is part of the Consumer Bank Marketing organization and is responsible for shaping the vision for how we support our rapidly growing affluent customer segment. Our focus is on offerings designed specifically for this audience—Chase Private Client and J.P. Morgan Private Client.
As the center of excellence for these flagship products, the Product Marketing team develops and champions a deep understanding of affluent clients, crafts compelling and differentiated positioning, and partners closely with marketing strategy and campaign management to bring our value propositions to life. We collaborate across teams to inform and enable acquisition, onboarding, engagement, growth, and retention efforts, and share insights on the impact of marketing initiatives. The team also leads strategic projects that advance our business strategy and elevate the client experience.
As a Sr. Associate, Private Client Product Marketing, you’ll be at the heart of a high-performing, entrepreneurial team that values creativity, innovation, and bold thinking. You will work closely with the Executive Director and two VPs, gaining direct exposure to senior leaders and the opportunity to influence the direction of our most premium offerings.
You will have the opportunity to lead and support a variety of projects that advance our marketing strategy and client experience. Example projects may include developing a legally compliant process for obtaining and using banker, advisor, and client testimonials; supporting the creation and maintenance of our Private Client Marketing Playbook; distilling and sharing market research insights; managing updates to our marketing guidelines and roadmap; and, critically, crafting decks and leadership updates that showcase the work and impact of the entire Private Client Marketing team. Your attention to detail, narrative skill, and proactive approach will ensure our marketing initiatives are both compliant and impactful.
