Senior Executive Assistant - Mexico

As the Senior Executive Assistant within the executive team, you will manage complex and frequently changing calendars, coordinating across multiple time zones. You will arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics. You will prepare briefing materials, meeting agendas, and presentations for internal and external engagements.
Serving as a primary point of contact, you will screen and prioritize communications and requests on behalf of the executive. You will coordinate high-level meetings with senior leadership, clients, and key stakeholders, supporting preparation and follow-up for leadership meetings and strategic discussions.
You will maintain strong organizational systems for documents, communications, and reporting, and manage expense reporting and administrative processes with precision and timeliness. Additionally, you will coordinate executive visits, internal events, and leadership engagements, assisting with special projects and strategic initiatives as needed. Your role will ensure seamless coordination across regional and global teams.
Job Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage complex and frequently changing calendars, including coordination across multiple time zones.

Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the executive, internal teams, and external partners.
- Coordinate high-level meetings with senior leadership, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Support preparation and follow-up for leadership meetings and strategic discussions.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain strong organizational systems for documents, communications, and reporting.
- Manage expense reporting and administrative processes with precision and timeliness.
- Coordinate executive visits, internal events, and leadership engagements.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives in financial services, consulting, or multinational environments.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
