Job Summary
As a Data Operations Analyst in the Transformation team to partner with the Business, you are responsible for FX CASH SSI setup, crucial for transitioning to a T2S model with settlements due two days post-trade booking. This shift demands effective request inflow management to guarantee prompt and precise processing.
Job responsibilities
- Authenticate requests and perform due diligence before processing, adhering to documented procedural guidelines.
- Open customer records in the appropriate branches and systems, ensure correct linkages, and manage downstream impacts.
- Ensure 100% accuracy of confirmation recipients and SSI maintenance, upholding zero tolerance for client data breaches.
- Maintain accurate account mapping across systems.
- Conduct data analysis, research issues, and execute remediation tasks as assigned.
- Maintain and validate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on time.
- Maintain and validate MIS reports (including weekly), verifying volumes and productivity before reporting.
- Operate a robust team quality‑check process.
- Collaborate seamlessly with peers to achieve team objectives and goals.
- Proactively present innovative ideas and implement them under manager and stakeholder supervision.
- Leverage Client Central, CBD Mainframe, CASS, AMS, CIF II, TSS FX, and OTM to execute workflows.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Communication Skills ( specially with overseas business partners
- Attention to Details and optimal accuracy rate in processing critical request.
- Ability to create workflows and BRD’s for Automation Programs.
- Understanding of settlement instructions and set-up/enriching trade confirmations
- Ability to understand bespoke activities and report accordingly
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Knowledge in use of Macros / Queries on MS Excel / Access a plus.
