Job Summary
As a Transactions Specialist III within JPMorganChase's Compliance Utility Group (CUG), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) through diligent monitoring of Digital Video Recording (DVR) systems within Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) operations.
Your deep understanding of process intricacies will be crucial in handling multiple tasks, solving non-routine problems, and enhancing existing procedures with precision and efficiency.
You will foster a collaborative team environment, while applying root-cause and problem solving skills to optimize monitoring processes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee Digital Video Recording (DVR) monitoring to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) operations.
  • Collaborate with various Lines of Business (LOBs) to provide detailed review results, ensuring transparency and effective risk management.
  • Maintain vigilant and continuous monitoring of all designated areas to ensure compliance with operational procedures.
  • Promptly and accurately document any incidents or irregularities observed during video monitoring, ensuring all reports are detailed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Ensure strict adherence to CUG SOPs, utilizing appropriate channels for escalation and action on a timely basis.
  • Engage in active coordination in handling Change Management responsibilities, training, and process improvements.
  • Actively drive process improvement discussions, identifying opportunities for additional controls and enhancements.
  • Assist and support new onboarding of camera reviews by participating in SOP creations, training, and change management processes.
  • Complete daily checklists and reporting with diligence.
  • Proactively resolve exceptions and challenges with the team.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Graduate in Commerce or Graduate in any stream with 3+ years of banking experience
  • Excel in a fast-paced environment with effective prioritization
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges
  • Communicate clearly with excellent written and oral skills
  • Collaborate as a team player, building cross-functional relationships
  • Embrace responsibilities and challenges with a result-oriented mindset
  • Apply meticulous attention to detail for precision in all tasks
