We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our EMEA operations centre. As a BDR, you will play a critical role in our B2B sales process by spearheading outreach to public companies within your geographic territory. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce our equity compensation management platform and schedule meetings with decision makers, our local Field Sales Representative, and yourself.

The Opportunity:

Join a high-energy, supportive team where you’ll build core commercial skills through structured onboarding, coaching, and ongoing development. This is an entry-level role designed for motivated, driven candidates who want a clear pathway for career growth.

Sales experience is not required — training will be provided.

What You’ll Do:

• Proactively reach out to target companies via phone, email and LinkedIn to start conversations and generate interest.
• Qualify initial interest and book meetings for you and a Field Sales Representative (leads will be provided).
• Keep accurate activity notes and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Use outreach and research tools (e.g., LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Zoom) and continuously improve your approach with coaching.
• Work towards clear goals in a KPI-driven environment with support from your team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Highly motivated and driven with a strong work ethic and resilience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident speaking with new people.
• Genuine interest in learning and career development.
• Organised, reliable follow-through, and comfortable working to targets.
• European languages strongly preferred (e.g., French, Italian, Dutch, Arabic; other EMEA languages welcome).
• Fluency in English required.
• KPI-driven role experience is advantageous but not essential (e.g., retail, hospitality, customer service, call centre, internships).
