The Cobrand and Partner Product organization within JPMorgan Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) division delivers innovative, customer‑centric solutions that power leading brands and strategic partnerships. We manage end‑to‑end product development and delivery for cobrand credit cards and partner platforms, driving value for millions of customers and supporting multi‑billion‑dollar relationships. Job Responsibilities

  • Delivery and release management
  • Manage and coordinate product and feature releases, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery aligned to product strategy and the end user experience.
  • Develop and maintain release schedules, runbooks, documentation, and status reports; facilitate cross‑functional communication and remove impediments.
  • Track progress across the product lifecycle, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies; manage dependencies across teams and products.

    Agile ways of working and metrics

  • Utilize Jira Align and Jira to manage backlogs, epics, features, and stories; maintain strict hygiene to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor and report sprint and flow metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown, completion rate, predictability, cycle time) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead Product Health meetings and quarterly/PI planning, aligning on priorities, dependencies, and next steps; maintain Product Cabinet engagement.
  • Summarize and analyze agile metrics and ensure Product Agility Tool certification; support PAT site integration and related standards.

    Governance, risk, and control oversight

  • Ensure strict adherence to governance, risk, and control requirements throughout delivery (including new business initiative controls).
  • Manage NBI controls end‑to‑end: track submissions, address red flags, and monitor flags in Jira Align; ensure required approvals before work progresses.
  • Prepare and maintain Portfolio Health Reports (PHR) covering business readiness, governance, controls, agility controls, and financial forecasting.
  • Oversee PHR controls: intake management, delivery monitoring, incident management, portfolio management; monitor aging epics and readiness.
  • Identify and manage work risks, including LRCC mitigation observations; partner with Area Product Owners (APOs) to assess control effectiveness and improve.
  • Oversee access management and implement risk mitigation strategies; ensure PXT controls and operating standards are consistently met.

    Reporting and executive insights

  • Prepare and deliver Align status reports for clear visibility into product health, risks, and progress.
  • Develop and present executive‑ready reports and dashboards to share quarterly progress, key achievements, risks, and strategic recommendations.
  • Build a metric taxonomy linking epics/features to outcomes and controls; ensure reporting accuracy through data quality checks and documentation.
  • Financial management and supplier oversight
  • Track supplier costs and collaborate with technology finance partners on financial planning and variance analysis.
  • Monitor financial performance, including run rate and year‑to‑date variance; ensure operations remain within budget and aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Stakeholder management and communication
  • Partner closely with product, technology, risk, audit, operations, finance, and external partners to align priorities and resolve conflicts.
  • Communicate complex topics simply and credibly across executive and delivery audiences; drive timely, well‑documented decisions through governance forums.

    Minimum qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in product delivery, release management, or a relevant domain.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities across complex, cross‑functional programs.
  • Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, with a proven track record managing large‑scale releases and deployments.
  • Hands‑on experience with agile methodologies and tools (Jira Align and Jira), including reporting and data management.
  • Analytical mindset focused on user experience, outcome delivery, and continuous improvement, strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience establishing and operating within governance, risk, and control frameworks; ability to embed controls into agile delivery.

    Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services or technology industries; familiarity with partner/cobrand card programs is a plus.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Product Owner (CSPO); additional certifications (e.g., SAFe, PMP, CISA/CRISC) beneficial.
  • Experience with portfolio health reporting (PHR), PAT/Product Agility Tool certification, Product Cabinet engagement, and NBI controls.
  • Exposure to finance partnership and supplier cost tracking, including run‑rate monitoring and YTD variance analysis.
