As a Senior Associate Product Manager in the Card Cobrand Platform, you design and deliver modern product capabilities that improve scalability, reliability, and customer experience. You lead discovery, define clear requirements, and partner with engineers and designers to ship meaningful releases. You translate insights into roadmaps and metrics that keep teams aligned and accountable. You focus on outcomes, simplify complexity, and make it easier for us to build what matters.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage customers and users to validate pain points and shape value-focused solutions.
- Co-develop product vision and roadmap aligned to business goals and partner needs.
- Translate discovery into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize backlog and manage scope to deliver frequent, high-quality releases.
- Collaborate across engineering, design, data, risk, and operations to unblock delivery.
- Partner with external teams to define shared use cases and requirements.
- Define and track key metrics to measure adoption, performance, and value.
- Ensure compliance with relevant requirements and promote secure-by-design practices.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform differentiation and prioritization.
- Support go-to-market plans, release readiness, and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain product artifacts including PRDs, roadmaps, and release notes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related engineering field.
- 3+ years of product management experience in financial services, fintech, or payments.
- Strong product discovery and delivery skills within agile teams.
- Experience defining epics, features, and user stories with testable outcomes.
- Ability to analyze data and make evidence-based decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
- Working knowledge of modern web and mobile product development.
- Familiarity with APIs, data concepts, and cloud-hosted applications.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with structure and clarity.
- Customer-focused mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience with payment processing, card issuance, or partner-led products.
- Background in building platform capabilities or reusable product components.
- Exposure to go-to-market planning and product enablement.
- Experience defining product KPIs and OKRs and acting on insights.
- Familiarity with design thinking and creating wireframes or mockups.
- Experience with business process automation and data analytics.
- Product certification or formal training in agile product management
