Are you ready to shape the advisor-facing prospect onboarding experience at a leading global financial institution? We’re seeking a talented Product Designer (Senior Associate) to drive the evolution of our advisor-facing and advisor–client collaborative onboarding journeys. In this impactful role, you will support the team re-invisioning how advisors initiate, orchestrate, and complete onboarding—from prospect intake and KYC to account opening and funding—delivering streamlined, compliant, and user-centric experiences that reduce time and strengthen advisor–client relationships.
As a hands-on designer, you’ll focus on executing end-to-end UX/UI for onboarding workflows, collaborating closely with product, engineering, program, fellow designers, and content strategists to bring efficient, intuitive and unified solutions to life. Your expertise will help translate complex US regulatory and documentation requirements into elegant, guided experiences for advisors, with measurable impact on cycle time, completion rates, and data quality.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute UX/UI design for unified onboarding for advisors, translating complex financial and regulatory steps into simple, guided, and user-centered workflows
- Deliver high-quality design assets, interactive prototypes, and UI specifications that accelerate build and ensure design consistency, accuracy, and accessibility across advisor desktop and tablet contexts
- Design within existing design systems and know when to recommend a new pattern or component if needed
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to implement design solutions that align with business goals and deliver cohesive experiences
- Present and clearly articulate design decisions and tradeoffs to stakeholders, using data and research to advocate for advisor and client needs while meeting operational and compliance requirements
- Champion accessibility, inclusive design, and error-resilient flows, ensuring every onboarding product delivers exceptional value, clarity, and compliance
- Advocate for user-centered design, accessibility, and inclusive practices.
- Apply the latest AI, emerging technologies, and industry trends to keep our products at the cutting edge of digital finance
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
- Portfolio link required in resume (please include passwords if protected).
- Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience in experience or product design, with a proven track record of executing and delivering user-friendly solutions and scaling digital products
- Experience designing for internal tooling in a financial services setting or another regulated, data-dense industry.
- Experience designing for complex digital environments, such as secure portals, dashboards, onboarding
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
- Skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, with experience partnering with product managers and teams.
- Proficiency in Figma and hands-on usability testing.
