Job Summary:
As a Business Analyst within our team, you will promote structure and discipline around initiatives using a standard project framework. You will establish scope, perform business impact analysis, and support the design and implementation of solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing business processes, and contributing to project success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements by collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
  • Support the analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize process mapping techniques to visualize workflows.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and insights, using basic statistical methods and data visualization tools.
  • Create reports and automate routine tasks using tools like Excel, SQL, and other relevant software.
  • Work with senior analysts and development teams to support the design and implementation of solutions.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects, including developing project plans and tracking progress.
  • Maintain open communication with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and deliverables.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, and embrace new technologies and methodologies.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements and data analysis reports.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining quality standards.
  • Adaptability to changing business environments and priorities.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of business analytics.
