Product Portfolio Operations Manager, Vice President

- Works across products to help ensure delivery against business objectives while coordinating reporting and communications plans for portfolio management operations and change initiatives
- Enables operational efficiency by supporting training, maturation, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practices
- Drives adaptation and modification of our product-line framework to ensure cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs are realized
- Implements a product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs
- Monitor Product Controls KPIs end-to-end: analyze reports, validate data quality, and engage product teams when thresholds are missed to drive remediation.
- Manage portfolio hygiene and follow-through: track metrics and actions, update systems of record, and coordinate with Controls partners to keep status current.
- Orchestrate control readiness: stay on top of timelines/changes, communicate upcoming controls, and ensure teams are prepared ahead of key dates.
- Run stakeholder communications: establish a structured framework for priorities, status, risks, and changes; proactively re-prioritize and tailor plans as work varies
- Own knowledge and enablement: maintain a user-friendly Confluence hub with standards, FAQs, timelines, and training; iterate docs/templates and workflows based on feedback.
- Serve as primary owner for Consumer Bank Align: manage access, enhancements, triage and resolve issues, and ensure portfolio structures and themes are accurately reflected.
- Drive tool adoption and continuous improvement: oversee engagement and health of product tools, promote best practices and automation, and partner across Product, Tech, Design, and Data to manage dependencies, risks, and metrics at scale.
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization
- Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness initiatives
- Proven ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies
- Extensive experience with Atlassian Align administration and portfolio planning at scale.
- Extensive experience in agile product development methodology.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and lead by influence.
- Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality executive communications, presentations, and reporting; strong attention to detail and design excellence.
- Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work with a high degree of independence.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Confluence, and Jira.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and implement change in fast-paced, complex environments.
- Experience with Alteryx and Tableau.
