The FRO, part of the Office of the Chief Finance Officer, OCFO) designs and oversees the firm’s resiliency strategy, including planning, testing, reporting, and incident management. The team partners with senior leadership, Lines of Business, Control Management, Risk, Compliance, and Audit to ensure robust resiliency programs and corporate governance.

Job Summary
The EA will directly support the Head of Resiliency for India and the Philippines and provide end-to-end executive operations support to the Managing Director, streamlining workflows, maintaining operating rhythm, and ensuring disciplined execution across a matrixed organization. This role requires impeccable judgment, confidentiality, and a strong command of business operations in a regulated environment.
Job responsibilities
- Orchestrate a complex, multi–time zone calendar; proactively resolve conflicts and reprioritize based on strategic priorities.
- Serve as a trusted gatekeeper by triaging inbound requests, setting expectations, and protecting executive focus time.
- Own the MD’s operating cadence, including leadership staff meetings and monthly business reviews.
- Lead end-to-end meeting execution: agendas, pre-reads, briefing notes, logistics, and technology setup.
- Capture live minutes, decisions, and action items; maintain a single source of truth for follow-ups.
- Drive accountability by nudging owners, tracking progress, and escalating risks and blockers early.
- Draft crisp updates, summaries, and internal communications for key stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional engagement; maintain stakeholder maps, org charts, and distribution lists.
- Manage operational and financial administration: expenses, invoice reconciliation, purchase orders, and budget support.
- Ensure controls and compliance discipline across confidentiality, records management, data handling, approvals, and sharing permissions.
- Plan leadership offsites, town halls, and complex travel; produce trip books and manage post-event/post-trip follow-ups
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 4+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, matrixed corporate environment.
- Demonstrate exceptional organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
- Communicate clearly and confidently in writing and verbally; synthesize complex inputs into concise, executive-ready materials.
- Exercise high judgment, discretion, and professionalism; safeguard sensitive and confidential information.
- Operate proactively as a problem-solver with a systems-thinking mindset; surface risks early and propose practical solutions.
- Leverage strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
- Navigate SharePoint effectively for document management and collaboration.
- Use expense, procurement, and HR systems confidently; adapt quickly to new internal platforms and processes.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or offer equivalent practical experience.
