Job Summary

This role is ideal for those passionate about delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

As a Credit Support Manager I Associate within the Credit Reference Data team, you will be managing credit data processes, executing data maintenance, handling bulk changes, and updating credit coverage. You will be leading project requests related to client populations or credit risk system modifications and ensuring accurate client information through data metrics monitoring. You will supports Corporate and Investment Banking initiatives focused on data excellence and involves identifying process improvements and implementing recommendations. Collaboration with Credit Proposals teams and communication with internal customers across various business lines are essential aspects of the job.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute on key data management functions, including, credit data maintenance, bulk changes, and credit coverage changes
  • Lead large project requests for client populations or other credit risk system changes
  • Ensure ongoing maintenance and monitoring of key data metrics to ensure client information is accurate
  • Contribute to CIB and firm-wide initiatives related to data excellence
  • Identify areas for continued process improvement and assist in the execution of recommendations
  • Work closely with Credit Proposals teams, to provide end to end support for maintenance, research, trouble shooting
  • Communicate and cooperate with internal customers of different Lines of Business to ensure customer’s needs are met

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Independent and self-motivated with a service-oriented mindset, but also a team player capable of working collaboratively and developing strong partnerships
  • Background in Service, Credit support and / or strong understanding of CIB business models
  • Able to prioritize issues and multi-task effectively to handle multiple assignments and be proactive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while remaining calm under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to think-through and outline work processes in a thoughtful and detailed manner
  • High level of accuracy
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with attention to detail
  • Intellectually curious with a genuine interest in knowledge gathering and problem solving
  • Willingness to learn new systems and technology

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience; knowledge of Credit Support for CIB is a plus
  • Familiarity with CIB risk and compliance policies
  • Strong understanding of internal credit applications (e.g., Party Central, Coverage Manager, iCRD, Aurora)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suites, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Work schedules will be full-time in office, on a 40-hour per week schedule
