As an Executive Director on the Fusion Business Adoption team within JPMorganChase’s firmwide Chief Data & Analytics Office, you will play a hands-on, strategic role in deepening and expanding partnerships across JPMorganChase businesses and Corporate Functions. You will collaborate closely with Business and Product stakeholders to surface and prioritize high‑impact use cases, accelerating delivery through Fusion for JPMorgan—our comprehensive, cloud‑native data and AI platform.
You will ensure a seamless, structured handover to the Fusion Customer Success and Product teams by transferring comprehensive customer context—goals, business challenges, and value proposition—to guide implementation and assess product gaps, ensuring information continuity across teams and accelerating time-to-value.
Overall goals:
- Build and deepen executive partnerships across JPMorganChase businesses and Corporate Functions to align Fusion adoption with priority outcomes and funding.
- Shape and prioritize a high‑impact use‑case portfolio, quantify value, and secure sponsorship to accelerate delivery through Fusion’s cloud‑native data and AI capabilities.
- Lead structured discovery to define problem statements and facilitate deep‑dive workshops with Fusion Customer Success and Product to quickly align on the business problem.
- Ensure a seamless sales‑to‑implementation handover to Fusion Customer Success and Product, transferring customer goals, challenges, and value proposition to guide implementation and assess product gaps, ensuring information continuity across teams and accelerating time‑to‑value.
- Define and report outcomes tied to business value (e.g., revenue, efficiency, risk reduction, cycle‑time); drive continuous improvement using adoption and utilization metrics.
Qualifications:
- 10 yrs+ experience in Financial Services, Enterprise Data & AI, Cloud firm.
- Domain expertise in one or more JPMorganChase businesses/functions (e.g., asset/portfolio management, retail banking, credit, fraud, or commercial banking), with a track record of translating business needs into data/AI solutions.
- Strong foundation in data and AI—including data architecture (ingestion, modeling, governance, quality), analytics/ML lifecycle, MLOps/observability—with working knowledge of GenAI and agentic AI patterns and their appropriate use cases.
- Proven facilitation skills to lead discovery and deep‑dive workshops with Business, Customer Success, and Product; adept at synthesizing complex inputs into clear problem statements.
- Executive communication and storytelling skills—able to align stakeholders, articulate value hypotheses, and secure sponsorship.
- Experience prioritizing and managing a portfolio of use cases with quantified value, clear success metrics, and phased delivery plans.
- Hands‑on familiarity with cloud‑native data/AI platforms and modern tooling; preferred skills include Python, GenAI, prompt management/orchestration, and Salesforce (nice to have but not required).
- Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment, with strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability to changing client needs.
