Personalization Strategy Product Associate

The Personalization & Insights (P&I) team is building the next generation of customer intelligence and personalization capabilities that power meaningful, measurable experiences across our businesses. We’re seeking a high-performing Associate to join our internal strategy team. In this role, you will support strategic planning and execution for initiatives like our Build In program, partner with cross-functional leaders, and help scale innovation in personalization, customer intelligence, and emerging AI/LLM applications. This is an ideal opportunity for a structured problem solver and strong communicator who loves connecting strategy to results.
- Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap
- Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making
- Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals
- Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
- Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value
- Define and deconstruct problems
- Perform competitor/industry research leveraging both public and non-public sources
- Support workstreams for new initiatives, facilitating discovery, scoping requirements, and tracking delivery milestones
- Work collaboratively with team members across lines of business (LOBs) and functions
- Develop clear, concise executive-ready materials (presentations, briefings, emails) that synthesize complex topics into actionable insights for senior leaders
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
- Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle
- Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, internal strategy/operations, product strategy, analytics, or a high-performance rotational program.
- Strong structured problem-solving skills; ability to break down ambiguous problems, form hypotheses, and drive analyses to clear recommendations.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; adept at crafting executive-ready materials and tailoring messages to different audiences.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in personalization or data/AI domains is a plus.
