Product Controller - Vice President

Join our Americas Current and Emerging Markets Product Control team, where you’ll partner with diverse colleagues to deliver impactful financial insights and drive business growth. You’ll help shape a strong control environment and support evolving governance requirements across Latin America trading desks.
As a Product Control Lead in the Americas Current and Emerging Markets team, you will oversee daily P&L and risk reporting for multiple Latin America trading desks, including Mexico and Colombia. You’ll lead a geographically distributed team in New York and Buenos Aires, delivering high-quality financial insights to desk leadership and senior Finance. Your work will strengthen controls, support new products, and drive process improvements that enable business growth and meet evolving governance needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Produce, prepare, and report daily P&L and risk metrics
- Deliver detailed financial analysis and reporting to desk heads, business managers, and senior Finance leadership
- Partner with the business to implement robust controls and support new business initiatives
- Coordinate across front and back office support functions to resolve control and reporting issues accurately and promptly
- Serve as an analytical and project support resource for product control
- Manage ad-hoc requests and provide timely solutions
- Lead projects and initiatives related to product control and cross-business programs
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related area
- 6+ years of experience in Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on controls
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of Latin America Markets
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Solid understanding of financial products
- Previous P&L or risk experience
