As a Process Management- Associate in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with a range of stakeholders across the JPWMWM organization, including risk leads, data owners and technology colleagues to understand and remediate unstructured data exceptions
  • Collaborate with Data owners and work on supporting the inventory for IS and User Tools
  • Analyze data, support requirements for Records CoE
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices in records management space

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Risk Management, or related field
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in records management, controls, compliance, or audit functions within financial services or highly regulated industries
  • Expert proficiency in Alteryx for data preparation, blending, and basic analytics Tableau, SharePoint dashboard and reporting skills
  • Should be open to work in night shift 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM / 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
  • Knowledge of enterprise content management systems and workflow automation tools
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and unstructured data governance management
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to CoE initiatives, work with IO’s to resolve exceptions, gaps and support adhoc requirements pertaining to user tools and Intelligent solutions
  • Experience working in a matrix organization with CoE or shared services model
  • Must have very very logical strong communication skills individual will engage with Senior ED’s and MD’s across JPMWM
  • Be open to get cross trained and serve as back up for other functions in operations

As part of Records Champion for JPMWM , you are at the center of keeping JPMorgan WM's records management function strong and resilient. You help the Information Owners, Data Owners and Other key stakeholders be in compliance for the records part of unstructured data. You identify, report and ensure to work with controls and CoE to address the requirements of record champion's role. You will be engaged in key projects involving data, controls, reporting and governance from a records standpoint and work closely with CoE team for JPMWM Business Controls Committee.
